This policy explains the installed Little Leaps game, also titled Little Leaps: Trail Adventures, and messages you choose to send for game support. Browsing the NerdySpider website is described separately below.

The installed game

Little Leaps is a free animal-crossing adventure. It has no account registration, advertisements, in-app purchases, subscriptions, chat, or public profiles. The star shop uses stars earned in play; it does not collect payment information.

Game artwork, audio, and crossings are bundled in the app. The game does not send personal information or gameplay records to NerdySpider, and includes no publisher analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party crash-reporting service. You do not need a game account or online game server to play.

Information saved on your device

The game stores information locally so your choices and progress remain available when you return:

  • Best scores, lifetime stars collected, and spendable star balance.
  • Unlocked and selected characters, power inventory, owned and equipped backpack pins, selected landscape, and difficulty.
  • Music, sound-effects, and reduced-motion preferences.
  • Selected adventure, Expedition completion stamps, scrapbook goals, and progress records for landscapes, log riding, and bonus detours.
  • The latest daily-gift claim date, total gifts claimed, and latest receipt showing stars, the offered power, and whether that power was added. The date comes from your device's calendar and supports one gift per local day and rotating free powers.

These records are not automatically sent to the publisher. Missing a gift does not remove rewards or reset a streak, and the game schedules no reward notifications. The game does not ask for your name, age, email address, location, photos, contacts, microphone access, or advertising identifier.

Local storage, backups, and deletion

Progress remains on the current device until the app's stored data is removed. Deleting the app or clearing its stored data can erase scores, stars, unlocked items, and settings. There is no publisher-operated cloud account, remote saved-game copy, or cross-device synchronization. A run in progress is not restored after the app is fully closed.

Android: The app is configured to exclude its data from Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer. Do not rely on reinstalling or transferring to another device to recover progress.

iOS: The operating system may preserve app data in device backups according to your settings and platform behavior. Restoration is not guaranteed. NerdySpider does not receive those backups.

To remove locally saved information, use your device's app-data or app-removal controls. If you also want to delete a separate device backup, use that backup service's settings. Removing a local copy does not necessarily remove a backup. Because the publisher has no remote saved-game copy, support cannot recover deleted progress.

App stores and platform services

Your app store separately handles downloading and updating the game under its own terms and privacy practices. These actions need an internet connection.

App-store installation or licence verification may need an internet connection, even though the game's content and progress are local. Google Play may add installation verification to its delivered version. Platform processing is separate from data received by NerdySpider. This policy does not claim that operating-system or app-store services perform no processing.

Children and families

Little Leaps does not knowingly collect children's personal information through the game. There is no in-game messaging or contact form. The public app does not record or export development playtest notes, and does not automatically send information to support.

Four starter characters, all four landscapes, every Expedition route, and Practice crossings are available immediately. Optional characters, cosmetic pins, and powers use fixed prices in earned game stars. There are no paid random prizes. Expedition and scrapbook progress does not expire.

Parents and guardians can contact support outside the game. Please do not send a child's name, image, recordings, school details, or other personal information. If you believe information about a child has been sent to us, contact hello@nerdyspider.com to ask about it or request deletion.

Support messages and deletion requests

If you choose to email support, NerdySpider and its email provider receive your email address and the information you include. That information is used to respond to your request. The game does not send the email, attach your save, or submit a diagnostic report automatically.

Support correspondence is held in the recipient's email system, separately from the game's local saves. Support emails are retained while resolving your request and for necessary follow-up or legal obligations. To ask about a message you have sent or request deletion of that information, email hello@nerdyspider.com. Deleting the game does not delete an email you separately sent to support.

Only include details needed to explain the problem, such as the device model, operating-system version, game version, and a short description. Please do not send passwords, account-access codes, or children's personal information.

Browsing the NerdySpider website

These support and privacy pages are hosted on nerdyspider.com. Website browsing is separate from using the installed game. Opening a support page does not read the game's locally saved progress.

Website browsing may involve cookies, technical browser information, and third-party website services. These website practices are separate from the installed game; the game does not register accounts, process payments, show advertising, or send its local progress to advertisers. This game policy does not claim that the NerdySpider website is free of analytics or cookies.

Choosing to use a business form, booking tool, or other website service may provide information to that service. For game help, parents and guardians can use the support email without booking a business consultation. Visiting these pages needs an internet connection; normal game content is stored in the app.

Policy changes and contact

If the game's information practices change, this policy and its update date will be revised. Contact us for questions about these game pages or the separate website services you choose to use.
